Gem shows are good places to shop for all kinds of beads

Of course that works only when there is a purpose to do something

But when do I get time to do these creative projects🤔

When traveling long distances of course!

My husband, Pradeep, doesn't like anyone talking long periods of time, and would not even share driving even though it's 8-hr drive

Guess what , the lady has to do something with hands, else will go mad

That's why I either do some knitting or beading as below projects

I like to put some color combinations together, didn't know this will be useful for Jewellery Making too. Well, am not a professional, but I try my best to put something together that match my taste.
I only knew to string the beads into a necklace and wear. Off late with some new sweaters in the market, and no good matching jewellery found in stores that match my simple taste, I got this idea of making it myself. Its challenging to do, but interesting way to spend time. Thought process is  important, vision too, the idea of how that object needs to be or how it will be worn eventually is essential. Else different thoughts take in different directions leading to nothing. Anyways, I did try couple of things for my new sweaters this season :)

Knitting

Knitting - ya knitting ... I like to knit too !
I make a point to knit something or other every winter. I started to do this after my first son, Abhi, was born.

Before its too late, I thought of putting these knitting projects in this blog here.

This blue one I worked on with circular needles , that was done 3 years back when Adi was born.

This is different yarn , I think mostly used for crochet. Kalpana had bundles of it and not using it, so I took those bundles to make the scarf, I still have to work on the cap, will do it soon after my current project of another cap, can't get enough of them! May be with different design , I can try that !
